This Research Portal (“Portal”) is operated by Oman Investment Bank SAOC (hereinafter referred to as “OIB” or the “Bank”), a closed joint stock company registered and licensed in the Sultanate of Oman and regulated by the Central Bank of Oman and Financial Services Authority. This Portal is intended exclusively for use by professional investors and corporate clients. References to ‘you’ or ‘your’ or ‘user(s)’, pertain to the client, visitor or user accessing this Portal.

These “Terms” cover your use of this Portal. Access to certain sections of the Portal may be restricted and is granted exclusively through secure login credentials or specific authorization. Any unauthorized access, use or distribution of proprietary material is strictly prohibited. By accessing the Portal and any pages hereof, you are confirming that you have read, acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Portal Access and Use
1. Once you have an approved account, you can log in to the Portal to access a variety of research reports, market data and analytical tools. These resources are designed to help you track and analyze financial research.
2. Unauthorized use of the Portal, including, but not limited to, unauthorized entry into the Portal, misuse of passwords or misuse of any other information, is strictly prohibited. Users should not use this Portal in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Portal, the OIB website or service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Portal or OIB’s other services. Users should not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Portal or any of OIB’s other services, computer systems or networks connected to the Portal or OIB’s other services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You agree that you will not engage in any activities related to this Portal that are contrary to applicable laws or regulations.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Actions
1. As a User, you must:
  1. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction when accessing or using the Portal and its content.
  2. Comply with all disclaimers, intellectual property rights and copyrights notices, confidentiality restrictions, and proprietary rights associated with the reports, data and other materials made available through the Portal.
  3. Use the reports, data, and other materials solely for your internal, personal, or organizational purposes, and strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  4. Implement appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to, or misuse of, the content by third parties.
  5. Acknowledge and agree that the content provided does not constitute investment advice, financial advice or a recommendation to engage in any transaction whatsoever.
2. As a user, you must not, whether directly or indirectly:
  1. Use the content for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or unauthorized purpose.

  3. Share, disclose, or provide access to the reports or data to any unauthorized third party, including competitors.

  5. Misrepresent or misuse the information in a manner that could create reputational, legal or regulatory risks for OIB or its affiliates.
  6. Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical or security measures implemented to protect the Portal and its content.
3. As a user, you must not, whether directly or indirectly:
  1. Use the content for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or unauthorized purpose.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
1. The materials and content published or provided in this Portal are for informational purposes only. By accessing this Portal, you acknowledge and agree that OIB, together with its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and third-party vendors, shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, even if OIB has been advised of the possibility thereof.

1. The materials published or provided on the Portal do not constitute a recommendation, solicitation, an offer to invest, legal, tax or other advice and you should not rely on these materials for making investment decisions. In preparation of the materials, OIB did not take into account the investment objectives, financial situations or particular needs of any particular person or group. 2. You must be aware that this Portal may be operated by a third-party vendor on behalf of OIB. In the course of providing these services, the vendor may access personal data within the context of performing the agreed upon services. Any third-party vendor engaged has acknowledged their reasonable compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022), Article 98 of the Banking Law (Royal Decree 2/2025), and implement appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data.

1. All right, title and interest in this Portal and any content contained herein is the exclusive property of OIB, except as otherwise stated. All intellectual property rights in the materials and content provided on this Portal are owned by OIB, this includes but is not limited to all content, reports, logos and software on the Portal. You are granted a limited, non-transferable authority to access and use the materials for informational purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, displaying, transmission, modification, creation of derivative works from or otherwise use in any other way for commercial or public purposes in whole or in part any information, software, products or services obtained from the Portal is prohibited without the prior written consent of OIB’s Research Department. If you copy or download any information or software from the Portal, you agree that you will not remove or obscure any copyright or other notices or legends contained in any such information. While this Portal is provided in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any relevant laws or regulations in their jurisdiction.
2. OIB, the OIB logo and other OIB trademarks and service marks referenced herein are trademarks and service marks of OIB. The names of other companies and third-party products or services mentioned herein may be the trademarks or service marks of their respective owners. Termination
1. OIB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend and/or terminate your access to or use of the Portal, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior written notice. Termination may occur for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
  1. Decisions taken at the sole discretion of the Portal administrators.
  2. Any actual or suspected breach of these Terms, policies or other applicable rules issued by OIB.
  3. Prolonged account inactivity for a period determined by OIB.
  4. Provision of false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information during registration or in the course of using the Portal.
  5. Unauthorized access to or misuse of the Portal, including any attempt to gain access to restricted areas or systems.
  6. Use of the Portal for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activities.
  7. Violation of intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations or data protection requirements.
  8. Regulatory, legal or security requirements compelling OIB to restrict or terminate access.
  9. Conduct that, in the opinion of OIB, may damage OIB’s reputation, expose OIB to legal liability, or interfere with the Portal’s operation.
  10. Failure to comply with any request by OIB to verify identity, provide additional information, or update account details when required.
2. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease, and OIB shall have no liability to you or any third party for any loss or damages arising from such termination.
Use of Links
1. This Portal contains links to third party web sites. These links are provided only as a convenience. The inclusion of any link is not and does not imply an affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, approval, investigation, verification or monitoring by OIB of any information contained in any third-party web site. In no event shall OIB be responsible for the information contained on that site or your use of or inability to use such site. You should also be aware that the terms and conditions of such site and the site's privacy policy may be different from those applicable to your use of this Portal.
Amendments
1. OIB reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, without any obligation and without any prior notice requirement to:
  1. change, improve or correct the information, materials and descriptions on the Portal;
  2. modify, suspend or discontinue any content, features, or services available on this Portal;
  3. suspend and/or deny access to the Portal for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, upgrades, improvements or corrections; or
  4. change these Terms which you are responsible for regularly reviewing and your continued use of this Portal constitutes agreement to all such changes.
Governing Law
1. This Portal is hosted, managed and operated in the Sultanate of Oman. Therefore, these terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from the use of this Portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oman.
